Seafarers' Memorial Park Building
This newly refurbished building is the beautiful centerpiece to the Seafarers’ Memorial Park on Fidalgo Bay. This recently completed Scott Paper Mill environmental cleanup site boasts an amazing view of the bay and a remarkable park facility. The park building can hold 125 guests for table seating. Your rental includes tables, chairs, warming oven, full refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, and two restrooms. This site is great for barbeques, weddings, receptions, family reunions, and graduation celebrations!

What we need from you to rent the facility:
- Refundable deposit to hold the event date(s).
- Completed SMP Rental Application.
- Rental fee: due no later than 30 days prior to event.
- Insurance certificate (proof of bodily injury and property damage liability policy) with coverage of $1,000,000.
