The 196-acre Anacortes Airport is located approximately .5 mile south of Ship Harbor (which includes the Anacortes Ferry Terminal), and 3 miles west of the Anacortes business district. Road access is via Oakes Avenue (SR 20) and Anacopper Mine Road.

The Port's planning objective at the Airport is to maintain the existing airport and runways (with no extension of the runways) and to pursue business opportunities for the vacant land that are compatible with the surrounding communities.

The Marine Terminals consists of three main parcels:

Pier I which is located at the northern termination of Commercial Avenue. The + 7 acre terminal is anchored by Pier 1, a 63 x 578 foot wood and concrete cargo pier with a -33 foot MLLW. The Port has acquired permits to dredge for -44 MLLW. Terminal uplands contain + 122,000 square feet of warehouse storage area and office space for the main Port offices.

Pier II, which is approximately 13 ½ acres, located between "R" and "S" Avenues, Fourth Street, and the Guemes Channel. The terminal contains a (462 ft x 60 ft) concrete pier with a -44 MLLW. Upland site improvements include a large paved storage yard, a truck wash, a state-of-the-art, enclosed, electric petroleum coke loader, settling ponds for coke wash water.
Marina Terminal 2 mapThe paved storage yard, approximately 7 acres is ideally situated to accomodate an upland lease tenant desiring water or shipyard access.

Curtis Wharf which includes a concrete wharf, dock, and small public beach area. The wharf and dock have been recently renovated and the site includes a new fendering and dolphin system and a galvanized steel bridge for pedestrian access between Curtis Wharf and Pier 1. The maximum draft is currently -26 MLLW, however, the Port has secured permits that would allow dredging of Curtis Wharf to -38 MLLW. Uplands currently contain + 45,000 square feet.

Dependent on location, sites are fully serviced with water, power, natural gas and storm water collection. The Marine Terminals are zoned Manufacturing & Shipping.Curtis Wharf map small

The Port's priority for the terminals is to reserve its use for customers and tenants that require deep-draft terminal access.
